Hotel Tarongeta - Adults Only - Cadaques

The location was super convenient, close to the bus station and a quick walk to the promenade. The room was really comfy with a big bed, and the experience was lovely overall.

The two female staff members we dealt with during the 2 days we were there were very helpful and one could speak English and the other one French besides Spanish. One of them volunteered to reserve our visit to the home of Salvador Dali. The location was great, across the road from the supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the sea. The bed was very comfortable.

A small complaint that wi-fi a little limited, not available in all rooms, therefore having to go downstairs to use our laptop. Exterior renovations in front of the hotel almost complete so should not be a problem for future travellers.

We booked a superior room, it was bright and updated.

The hotel street areas were all under construction, that included the entire downtown area. Guess they were getting ready for the busy season in a few months.

The hotel was easy to spot from the main road. Easy walk to the port. A minimarket close by. Room was quiet, comfortable and quite basic. 8€ breakfast was quite poor compared to other places we stayed at.

A good stay with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was really good, and the location was perfect-just a short walk to town. A charming feature was the balcony that added a private touch. I'd recommend getting breakfast at local cafes nearby, as it was a highlight of the trip.

We enjoyed the location of Hotel Tarongeta because it was an easy walk to the beach and downtown Cadaques. Since we had a vehicle we could take nice day trips to the surrounding Cap de Creus/National Park. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we were glad to have wi-fi. It is advertised that it is only available in the wi-fi zone/lounge area, but we were able to access it from our room later as well.

The kids loved the easy access to the beach, and we enjoyed the spacious room. The nearby cafes made for good breakfasts together, immersing us in the local culture. Cleanliness was great, and the staff was super friendly!

My wife says that the frosted glass bathroom door was a bit awkward.

Lightweight furniture on balcony was blown around noisily during the night. Generally hotel was a little noisy with door banging etc Would have preferred a hairdryer to be available

Wifi was reliable and quick. Location is close to the town and supermarketsn parking was amazing, not many hotel have private free parking.

One of the staff working was rude, unwelcoming and made the stay a little awkward.

Private covered balcony surprise

The staff were very friendly and easy going, the atmosphere nice. All attempts were made to make smokers feel welcome to indulge their habit outside of the premises. Continental breakfast was a no fuss affair that started off the day well.

There was no evening bar when the weather was poor, as it was on 2 nights.

Location was good. Close enough to the beaches and sights of Cadaques although set back from the front. Great value for money in what is a very expensive location. Parking is at a premium in Cadaques too, and the fact the hotel has a car park is an important consideration.
